Terms of use

1. General

These rules govern the use of Flirtua. By registering, you agree to the terms below. The service is only for people who are 18 or older.

2. Registration and account

You must give accurate information when you register. One person may not open several accounts. The administration may block an account without stating a reason.

3. Posting ads

You may not post content that includes:

  • Information about anyone under 18
  • Calls for violence or coercion
  • Content that breaks Ukrainian law
  • Fraudulent or misleading ads
  • Photos of other people without their consent

Safety tips for visitors

Check the ad yourself before you arrange a meeting.

  • • Do not send money to bank cards
  • • Call to learn more before you meet
  • • Pay only in person, when you meet

4. Responsibility

The administration is not responsible for the content of ads posted by users. The author of the ad is responsible for whether the information is true.

5. Paid features

Basic placement is free. Extra features (VIP status, bumping, highlighting) are paid. Fees for purchased features are not refunded.

6. Moderation

Ads are reviewed before they go live. The administration may reject or remove an ad that breaks these rules.

7. Photos and copying

Photos in profiles belong to the ad authors or to Flirtua. You may not save, copy, screenshot or republish those photos on other sites, in messengers or on social networks without the owner’s consent. Profile text may not be copied to other classifieds.

8. Changes

The administration may change these rules at any time. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated rules.

Flirtua is a classifieds board. The service does not provide the services described in profiles and is not a party to any arrangement between a visitor and an ad author. The administration does not arrange meetings and is not responsible for ads on the site, their accuracy, contacts, money transfers, the quality of any service, or what happens at a meeting. The author of a profile is responsible for its contents. Visitors act on their own judgment and at their own risk.
